Process Packaging & Control, Inc. (PPC) was incorporated in 1995 to design, develop, manufacture and market semi-bulk materials handling containers and systems for use in manufacturing operations and distribution systems.

PPC's mission is to be the innovative leader in providing reliable, cost-effective packaging solutions that provide value-added alternatives to paper bags, drums, Gaylord containers, and traditional bulk bags.  Our solutions will be based on listening and meeting customer needs and will address the issues of elimination of hard manual labor, increased safety and ergonomics, operation in limited space, accurate and controlled dispensing, dust reduction, and better audit trails.  Doing these, PPC will build a fast growing, profitable business providing solutions to widely recognized problems in a large market.

PPC's material handling solutions provide a technological advantage to industries processing adhesives, coatings, sealants, fillers, chemicals, agricultural products and paints. 
PPC's product line includes unloaders, bags, liners, control & tracking products, recycling programs, services and consulting.
Tim Petracca
President and CEO Before joining PPC, Tim held various positions at Zymark Corporation, throughout his 17-year career, starting as Controller and Chief Financial Officer in 1982, working through manufacturing and operations roles, shifting direction in 1989 to Sales and Marketing until being promoted to Vice-President of Zymark's Strategic Ventures group.  He has been President and CEO of PPC since November 1998.  He is also a Director of PPC.
Frank Zenie
Chairman of the Board Frank was co-founder, President, CEO and Director of Zymark Corporation for 15 years.  Prior to founding Zymark, he was President and CEO of Waters Associates, Inc., now Waters Corporation.  Frank is currently an investor, and PPC's Chairman of the Board.  He is also a director and advisor to eight other emerging technology-based companies.  Frank is also a Senior Lecturer at MIT's Sloan School teaching Entrepreneurship.
Burleigh Hutchins
Chief Technical Officer Burleigh is our Corporate Advisor and a Director of the Company.  He had been our Chief Technical Officer since December,1999.  Burleigh was co-founder and Chief Technical Officer for 15 years at Zymark Corporation, the premier provider of automated equipment solutions to the laboratory industry.  Prior to founding Zymark, Burleigh was Chief Technical Officer of Waters Associates, now Waters Corporation.  
Carol McLaughlin
Vice-President - Engineering Carol joined PPC in June 2001 after an 18-year career as Senior Project Engineer with the Procter & Gamble Company.  She held various process and consumer-related positions in P&G's Tissue and Towel Research & Development organization.  Carol is responsible for PPC's RD&E (Research, Development and Engineering) and is focused on all aspects of solution design, development, production and implementation.
Joe Kajano
Chief Operations Officer Prior to joining PPC, Joe held various financial and senior staff positions at Zymark Corporation in an 18-year career there.  After joining Zymark as Cost Accountant in 1983, Joe gained broad business experience in a variety of financial roles up through the position of Worldwide Financial Controller, with a special interest in manufacturing and international operations.  Prior to working at Zymark, he worked for several years at Bristol-Myers Squibb in New Jersey.  At PPC Joe will be responsible for the direction of general business operations as well as financial reporting and related treasury functions.
Alex Stuart
Quality Manager / Plant Manager Alex joins PPC after 3 years with Iomega Corporation. He served there as the lead quality engineer for the Zip and Jaz drive product line. During his time at Iomega Alex also received his Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Alex is now responsible for PPC's plant management, recycling operations, quality improvement, and customer service.
